Leadership and Outreach Ministries are one of the areas of focus for M2M. These ministries focus on providing Christian leadership in the home, on and off the field or court, and equip others to do the same.
Coaches Outreach seeks to build coaches of conviction by encouraging and equipping coaches and their spouses to have Christ-like character through practical application of biblical truth.
We’d like to share a couple of testimonials from the Coaches Outreach Summer Marriage Conference.
First I would like to thank you for giving my wife and I the opportunity to attend the Coaches Outreach retreat. We live in Birmingham, Alabama and have been married just over a year. I teach and coach football and my wife teaches history.
This weekend has brought us to the realization that we need to work on these two areas of our marriage: Communication and prayer time, as a couple, not just as an individual. We now realize the power of prayer as husband and wife and this has been a huge blessing.
This weekend has been a great experience. We have grown closer as a couple and our marriage strengthened. But most importantly, we have strengthened our relationship with Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

My name is James and my wife is Kim. I have been coaching now for 23 years with the last 10 as head football coach. We have two kids, Fisher and Olivia.
Kim and I started coming to Coaches Outreach 3 years ago because we had a broken marriage because of the strain of coaching. We have learned through coaching and more importantly God to make our marriage the best it can be. Because of this conference, we now pray together every day and live as Christ wants us to.
